Just bought a book, my 1st purchase from them, and the book arrives on time, a tiny bit of damage to 1 corner of the book and if I had bought it as a present for someone I'd still gift it. I'll be happy to buy from here again in the future.

the first time i’ve ordered yarn and ALL the shades in the EXACT quantity I ordered came!! usually theres one missing or a similar colour but wrong shade. you guys got it JUST PERFECT!! website is super easy to use, great discounts, and when my yarn came, I got like ten little freebies too!! including a few different stitch markers, some handmade badges to sew into my finished work, and a little plastic darning needle!!! so useful to have, i carry them all around attached to my handbag now :). shipping was super fast, the yarn is all great quality, and its the only website i found where everything i needed was in stock at once. im VERY pleased!!! no notes, will absolutely be ordering from here again!!!

Their yarns are competitively priced, and always turn up with a little personal message which, despite them being a busy business, makes all the difference in a world of impersonal service.
Their deliveries are always on time - and sometimes even earlier than expected, given that they're based in Guernsey - and the yarn is always securely wrapped, when it gets to me.

Even though Royal Mail had ceased delivering overseas when I ordered, Nicola kept me informed, held my order for me, and then sent it when Royal Mail resumed shipping overseas.
