I'm crocheting my favourite shawl and to be honest, I'd like to make one in every colour! Yarnalicious had the one I had searched for.... Whirl and whirlette is nice yarn to work with as it's delicate and doesn't unravel. Washes and wears well. Buy some! (Patten is available to buy on Ravelry.com. Grinda shawl by www.lillabjorncrochet.com) Started shawl in "Mid morning moocharoo". Finished one is in "Blackcurrent squeeze me" You'll need a whirl and a toning whirlette to make one like this.

I have received three balls of Scheepjes Whirl and the service was 100% from start to finish. The Scheepjes cakes are a little annoying in that they have numerous knots. These are supposed to be able to be worked in as you go. I have found that you need, very carefully, to remove the surplus yarn around these knots. The colour change is very gradual and works well

I enjoy this yarn so much, waiting for the gradual shift in colour as I knit and feeling how soft it is.

I’ve been wanting to purchase a Sheepjes Whirl for such a long time and I’m so glad that I did! The colour of the yarn on the webpage is true to the actual colour of the yarn. I haven’t crocheted it up yet, but from the feel of it, it will have been worth every penny!

I bought 3 different balls of this Sheepjies yarn from here. It's very soft and feels lovely when made up. The colour changes are perfect, too many times I've bought a yarn but the changes are fast and furious and clash, with horrid intemediates. NOT SO with this yarn. The changes are long and subtle, and look beautiful on the finished product. I am enjoying working with it.
I already had 3 balls and had nearly finished them but my husband said I should have some red too so I looked here, Oh, he was so right, and then I saw a few others which I obviously needed too ;-) - a 'shopping accident' occurred! The yarn arrived quickly and was well-packaged. Thank you.

This yarn has such rich, deep colours and subtle colour changes. It is very fine and knits into a gorgeous soft garment with beautiful drape.
