I received my yarn the next day. Very pleased with my purchase and would most definitely recommend this company. I was also provided with a small token gift for supporting the company which I think is a lovely gesture. The bits on top are the token gift.

Brilliant service from Yarnalicious! I ordered 2 different weights without realising but had an email within the day asking if this was correct and suggesting alternatives. My order was amended and shipped straight away. Couldn't have asked for better customer service!
