All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
We use Guernsey Post / Royal Mail.
Guernsey Post dispatch all parcels to the UK daily Monday to Friday. UK sorting office will then sort the mail ready to be dispatched.
The cost of delivery is calculated during the checkout process based on the order weight and your delivery location.
We understand our postage costs are expensive however we do not make any profit on postage costs. As a small business we cannot offer any discounts on postage costs.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel has been shipped.

From July 2026, commercial parcels sent to the EU with a value under €150 will incur a customs duty charge of €3 for each individual Harmonised System (HS) code declared within the shipment. This charge will currently require payment by the recipient. Our local post office are reviewing their service options to provide a Prepaid Duties (PDDP) solution so we can pay this charge upfront for you.
We aren't able to post to Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg as they are only accepting duty-paid shipments. We will resume posting to these countries once our local post office have a Prepaid Duties (PDDP) solution is in place.
USA Customers - We’ re excited to say shipping to USA has resumed. Duties are calculated, displayed, and collected at checkout.
Europe & International (excluding USA) - You may be liable for taxes, duties and import fees. You are responsible for these charges, and they are usually requested prior to delivery by the postal service in your country.
Delayed Parcels - Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
UK - Guernsey Post / Royal Mail do not consider a package missing until 15 working days after it is sent. It may be that your local sorting office has your parcel; normally they leave a red card to tell you, but this may not be the case every time.
International - Orders are usually delivered within 2-4 weeks, although can sometimes take longer. We ask customers to wait for 6 weeks before we class a parcel as missing, as we have found that parcels are arriving during this timeframe. Regrettably, we have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order.
