Excellent service from start to finish! I was contacted to ask if I had ordered the correct yarn (I’d ordered two different yarns with a slightly different name). This would have saved lots of hassle had I in fact ordered the wrong yarn! After I confirmed, my beautifully packaged yarn arrived promptly with a thank you gift.
