Enter the enchanting world of amigurumi and conjure up two captivating and mysterious potions. These Perfect Potions would make amusing novelties for Halloween, or perhaps for the right recipient, a mischievous gift! Known for her quirky and imaginative crochet creations, Anne Farichai has designed these concoctions with a mixture of smooth Scheepjes Catona and tactile River Washed yarns. With its hazy aura, River Washed is an inspired choice to portray the vivid, fizzing potion concealed within the bottle! These soft sculptures, with removable skull and heart-shaped stoppers, stand around 15cm tall when stuffed and embellished with sleepy embroidered features. Who will dare to stir them into life?

    If I didn't like Terrazzo, I was going to say it was terr-erible... BUT -- IT'S FANTASTIC. The colors are beautiful and the little nuances of extra color adds to the depth of the finished work. It's soft and is crocheting beautifully. Big bonus - it's ethically sourced and recycled. My order from Yarnalicious was accurate and delivery was speedy! Very happy!!

    Scheepjes Terrazzo yarn

    A great yarn with an array of different coloured speckles throughout. Easy to knit with and it holds the shape of the garment perfectly. It creates a light fabric and I'm sure it will be a favourite to wear in the future. The only downside is a technical one - as in: I couldn't find a single online photo on different websites that accurately reflected the true colour of the yarn I actually received. Luckily I was happy with the colour anyway but I think it is something to bear in mind when ordering.

    Re the Yarn - I chose it primarily for the colour as my daughter had requested a baby pink sweater but I really cannot get to grips with it and don't like the way it knits and the lack of stitch definition, so it is currently dormant and in my stash
